Dates for Your Diary

Research: Just a note to alert you the Churchyard Monumental Inscriptions project that is rapidly coming to fruition. Later this year we plan to print the research in an A5 booklet. A reference copy with photographs shall be lodged in the Church for visitors to consult. There will also be an on-line record.

Event Report: Tea Tasting.  Society Members blended a whole leaf “Lynsted with Kingsdown Society Blend” (see report) that was voted as the most widely appealing.  The choice of high quality whole leaf tea means this blend does not have any of that “stewed” taste if you refresh the pot over and over again.  The Society offers a significant discount on orders for the Lynsted Blend - £4.50 for 125g (about half the on-line price). An unusual gift for friends and family.  You can try the blend at our events and it is being served at Blossom Day in the Traditional OrchardLearn more from the web site.
