KENT - CAPITAL FREEHOLD ESTATE. WITH IMMEDIATE POSSESSION, consisting of the mansion and manor of NORTON, with 206 acres of excellent, land 44 miles from London, on the high road to Canterbury, TO BE SOLD BY AUCTION, by Mr Burrell, at Garraway's Coffee-house, Change-alley, Cornhill, London, on Saturday the 19th of March, by order of the Lord High Chancellor, The property of Mr. John BENNETT. A valuable FREEHOLD ESTATE, comprising the manor of NORTON, abounding with game, with Court Baron and quit-rents thereunto belonging, together with the mansion called NORTON COURT, and about 206 acres of rich arable, pasture, marsh and woodland; now or late in the occupation of Stephen Lushington, Esq. situate in the parishes of Norton and Teynham; a beautiful part of the county of Kent; a good sporting neighbourhood and adjoining the turnpike road, leading from London to Dover; within four miles of Sittingbourn (sic), and three of Faversham, both market towns.- The premises are handsomely fitted up, and contain every suitable apartment for a gentleman's family; in a handsome lofty drawing-room, 25 feet by 18; dining-room, 30 feet by 18; library and gentleman's rooms; entrance-hall, 40 feet by 15; 13 good bed-chambers; two dressing-rooms; various domestic conveniences; standing for two carriages; stabling for six horses; excellent walled gardens; shrubbery, orchards, farm-yard, large barns, and other necessary outbuildings.

Also a FREEHOLD MESSUAGE, with garden, &c. in the High Street of Doddington in the said county.
