General remarks as to damage, and c. We left part of Brigade on duty at 1.15 PM but on returning to Fire at 3.20 P.M. I decided to pull Stack down.  I recalled remaining Brigade as the School House was only 153 feet from Stack. School house occupied by Mr Sykes insured in the Kent. No of Policy 17081307
